Question:
I have a 2026 Ford F-350 with the 6-3/4' bed and no factory puck system. I'm getting a 2027 Brinkley Z 3610 and want to switch over to the B&W gooseneck pin box. Which setup do I need for the short bed?

Hey Chris, nice Brinkley! The correct B&W 5th Wheel Setup depends on your pin box bolt pattern and the weight of your trailer. For your 2026 Ford F-350 with the 6-3/4' bed and no factory prep package we have the following available:
-B&W 5th Wheel Setup w/ GN Pin Box and Offset Ball - Lippert Rhino - 3.25K TW # BW24MV
-B&W 5th Wheel Setup w/ GN Pin Box and Offset Ball - Lippert Rhino - 4.5K TW # BW82RV
-B&W 5th Wheel Setup w/ GN Pin Box and Offset Ball - Lippert 1621/1621HD - 3.25K TW # BW64MV
-B&W 5th Wheel Setup w/ GN Pin Box and Offset Ball - Lippert 1621/1621HD - 4.5K TW # BW34MV
The 2027 Brinkley Z 3610 comes standard with the Curt Helux, which uses the Rhino bolt pattern. It should be pretty obvious since the Helux really stands out, but I would still double check to be sure. If yours has a different pin box, I can identify it for you if you send me the S/N from the sticker or you can double check with the dealer.
With a GVWR of 17,695 lbs, I'd go with the 4.5K TW Rhino model # BW82RV. This gives you plenty of capacity for the loaded pin weight of your Z 3610 without pushing up against the 3.25K rating. This setup includes the B&W Turnoverball along with the 4" offset ball to give you additional cab clearance with the shorter bed. You're also getting the B&W Gooseneck Pin Box, safety chains, and new installation hardware.
Where are you headed first with the Z 3610?
