Hey Christopher, the best suspension enhancement kits we have for your 2026 GMC Sierra 2500 are the Roadactive kits as they give you everything you could want from suspension modification without any drawback. You get easily adjustable support to prevent sagging, an easy maintenance free install, but you also get better ride quality and handling loaded AND unloaded which is basically unheard of so it is what I recommend for you. You would want the # RAS3611-CHD if you have factory overload springs or the part # RAS3611-HD if you do not have them.

Is the gooseneck trailer a horse trailer?

I would calculate pin weight, max pin weight for the truck and payload to determine if these will help. I ran these on a 23 2500 Duramax dragging a 16k lb bumper pull toy hauler and they really cut the porpoising down but the truck still couldn’t handle the trailer very well. I used a few different weight distribution hitches and I could still feel the truck flexing on every highway seam especially sweeping curves around 65 mph. My tongue weight was 1,400 pounds on a 1,600-1,800 max. Tow weight is pretty much irrelevant until you can align your pin weight, truck pin weight max and payload. If you’re 75% of max pin weight or higher, you might want to truck up.

From personal experience you can’t go wrong with this suspension system! My truck would sag about 7.5” when I would hook up my 8.5’x24” enclosed trailer fully loaded but after installing the kit it would only sag about 2.5”-3”’s huge improvement on the way the truck handled and towed

@Kyle that's a big improvement! 7.5 inches of sag though is pretty crazy.

@JamesonC that was on a 2024 f-150 4x4 I guess that needs to be added.
