Question:

Hi, I’m considering purchasing the Dee Zee DZ91717P for my 2024 Outdoors RV Back Country 20BD Titanium BD20 travel trailer. Can you tell me whether this tongue box will fit on the factory A-frame without interfering with the fiberglass front cap when the trailer is hitched and during normal towing? If you’re unsure, have you had any customers install the DZ91717P on an Outdoors RV Back Country, Timber Ridge, Creek Side, Mountain Series, etc.? Thank you. PS If possible, could you also provide the inside floor-to-lid clearance usable interior height of the DZ91717P? I’ve found the published exterior dimensions, but I’m trying to verify the actual interior clearance for my battery installation.

Hey Chris, I looked up pictures of your 2024 Outdoors RV Back Country 20BD Titanium BD20 travel trailer and I don't believe there would be room for the Deezee # DZ91717P unless you were to remove the propane tanks. If you wanted to keep the tanks and still have a similar cargo carrier the Stromberg Carlson Tray Cargo Carrier and Storage Box part # SC29VV will be what you want instead. This attaches to the trailer frame and gives you a storage box for over the tanks instead. Check out the attached picture to see what it looks like installed.
