What is the length of this strap? Kind of important to note. Maybe I missed it somewhere?

Hi Rick; the Replacement Wheel Strap for Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack # TH35RE has an overall length of 17". Thule doesn't list this anywhere since it is a part that's intended for a specific bike rack. If you have the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202 this is the correct replacement wheel strap.

I checked with Thule and the only way to replace the strap of the Thule T2 pro is to replace the entire cradle with the part #7521682001. They do not offer the strap by itself. The strap you mentioned does not fit your bike.
