Troubleshooting Thule Easy Fold Bike Rack That Has Knob that Won't Loosen from Hitch

Question:
I have the Thule Easy Fold XT bike rack. I am unable to remove the rack from my RAV4. The handle is unlocked and continues to spin however, the lock and pin remain secured in the hitch. I am unable to remove the rack from the hitch on my vehickle.

Hey Rowena, that usually indicates that the lock knob of the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 is still in the "locked" position. I would try turning the key in the knob further both direction to see if that allows the knob to engage and loosen. Hopefully that is the issue but if not let me know.
It doesn't look like you bought the rack from us but it does have a lifetime warranty so if you can't get the knob to work I would reach out to who you bought it from. Unfortunately they do not offer a replacement knob if that is the problem.
