Hey Andrew! I would be happy to put that together for you. I don't have a way to give you a single quote but I can list the parts below. For a complete setup you will need a tow bar, base plate, safety cables, wiring, and a supplemental brake system. Using Blue Ox for the tow bar and base plate kit I recommend the following:

-Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BX1989

-Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar # BLU28QV (includes safety cables)

-Blue Ox Universal Tow Bar Cover # BLU53QV (optional)

-Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-15267

-Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25

-Blue Ox Patriot Portable Flat Tow Brake System # BLU37TR

-12 Volt Outlet Kit, 20 amps # RM-9332

For the wiring I went ahead and gave you the Roadmaster since it is the most reliable. The 12V outlet kit is required if you want to use the Blue Ox Patriot to power it. If you would rather have a permanently installed brake system I recommend the Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo Braking System for RVs w/ Hydraulic Brakes # DM86VR instead.

You may also need a high-low adapter like the # e52ZV to keep your setup level. I went ahead and attached an article further down on this page which explains how to measure and choose the correct adapter. The bracket height on the Blue Ox base plate kit is 25-1/2" so you will only need to measure the receiver on your motorhome.
