You talk about everything you need to tow but you do not talk about how the vehicle is set up during towing. My 2014 Ram is all wheel drive. does that work? What about the transmission, steering etc.

We don't talk about that in our articles because those setups are unique to each vehicle and sometimes the procedures will change. I've told someone one thing in a live answer before (page number and everything straight from the manual) just to have it all change a few months later. For all of the procedures and how to get the vehicle set up it's best to check out your copy or the latest online copy of the owner's manual.
