The Curt Class IV Trailer Hitch Receiver, # 14001, is just one of the hitch receivers that has been specially designed to fit a 1993 Ford F150 with a standard or step bumper. This fully welded trailer hitch receiver bolts onto the F150's frame with no welding required.
I am including a link to all of the hitches that we have available for a 1993 Ford F-150. Just select your bumper style and you will see a list of the hitches that are available for your truck. Each of those listed will also give you the recommended ball mount for that specific hitch.
Keep in mind that the available hitch might have a capacity greater than that of the vehicle itself. You'd be limited by whatever component in the towing system that has the lowest capacity.
If your F-150 needs trailer wiring, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 118316, plugs directly into your existing taillight wiring to provide a 4-way connector at the back of your truck. I have attached a video of this wiring harness being installed on a 1994 F-150 that you might find helpful.
