If you need a 6 lug on 5.5 inch bolt pattern then you will need the following hubs.

8-213-5UC1-EZ 6 on 5.5 Idler Hub Bearings 25880 inner and 15123 outer
8-201-9UC3-EZ 6 on 5.5 Hub and Drum Bearings 25880 inner and 15123 outer

If you need a 8 lug on 6.5 inch bolt pattern then you will need the following hubs.

8-231-9UC1-EZ 8 on 6.5 Idler Hub Bearings 25880 inner and 14125A outer
8-219-4UC3-EZ 8 on 6.5 Hub and Drum Bearings 25880 inner and 14125A outer

Keep in mind that when using these spindles you are limited to 2,600 lbs each or 5,200 lbs per axle.
