The Westin HLR Headache Rack - Punch Plate Screen - Black Powder Coated Aluminum # 57-81005 is a fit for your truck but will not work with a tonneau cover. The Westin HDX Headache Rack - Black Powder Coated Steel # 57-8025 can work with certain soft tonneau covers because it mounts to the bed rails and provides some clearance for the front rail of the tonneau cover. The Aries Classic Headache Rack - Semi-Gloss Black Powder Coated Steel # AA111000 is another option that also works with... view full answer...
Hey Jacobus thanks for the question! I am not sure what tonneau cover you have but we do have two headache racks that are compatible with them and your 2020 Ford F-150 XLT. These mount to the stake pockets on the top of your truck bed sides. In order for these to work your tonneau cover has to leave the stake pockets exposed like item # TX598301. I have listed the two options below:
Aries AdvantEdge Headache Rack item # AA1110102
Aries Switchback Headache Rack item # AA68VB

With this headache rack you won't have to worry about shifting cargo from crashing through your window. view full answer...
There are headache racks that fit a 2018 Ford F-250 Super Duty, but the Aries Headache Rack # AA111001 for your '99 F-250 is not a fit.
There are a trio of headache racks that fit your 2018 F-250, the Westin HLR Headache Rack # 57-81055 as well as the B&W Custom Headache Rack # BWPUCP7502BA (Black) OR # BWPUCP7502WA (White).
I recommend the B&W because of its superior quality. This rack has four integrated LED lights that give you additional tail lights, brake lights and turn signals.... view full answer...
The DeeZee headache rack that you will want for your 2013 Ford F-250 is part # DZ95050RW. This headache rack is 2-1/8 inches wider than part # DZ95050R that you referenced giving it a width of 75 inches. This is the recommended width for your truck.
I have also attached a link to all of the headache racks that we carry for your truck for you to check out. view full answer...
We offer one headache rack that fits your 2014 Ford F-250 which has lights, which is made by B&W. There is not a separate splitter for this headache rack or other racks, it does require you to splice into your wiring, as you can see from the cut out of the directions I added.
The headache rack that fits your 2014 F-250 is available in either Black or White, and are the following:
- Black: B&W Custom Headache Rack with LED Brake, Turn, Tail Lights # BWPUCP7500BA

Since headache racks and ladder racks occupy the same area on the front of the truck bed there really isn't a great way to have both installed.
Probably the best solution would be to replace the front upright of your ladder rack with a Aries AdvantEdge Headache Rack # AA1110202 which you could then use as a front ladder rack crossbar. view full answer...
The Aries AdvantEdge Headache Rack part # AA1110203 is not confirmed to fit as it designed to work with Ford F-250 and up trucks. The truck beds are different between these two models. A crossover toolbox is not confirmed to fit between the support rails on this rack.
For a headache rack that will allow you to use your toolbox, I recommend using the Westin HDX Headache Rack part # 57-8035 for black or part # 57-8033. This ladder rack will work with a toolbox up to 71" wide and is the only... view full answer...
I believe you are actually needing the DeeZee Aluminum Headache Rack # DZ95050RB as the Rear Rack # DZ95054RB is designed to mount on the rear of the bed and in conjunction with the headache rack, creating a ladder rack. DeeZee does offer the Light Mounting Bracket # DZ95062 which is 7-5/16" long by 9" wide for mounting lights like the LED Pods # ARC23MR. If you are wanting to mount an Off-Road Light Bar # PL-9708 you will be able to use the mounting hardware included for the load stops... view full answer...
Mounting a toolbox and headache rack like # DZ95050RTB is going to depend on several factors. If the toolbox does not overhang the bed sides (you would need to know the overall width of the toolbox versus the overall width of the bed minus about a 1/2 inch or so for the thickness of the metal of the headache rack). That will tell you if the two can work together or if you need to find a slightly more narrow toolbox.
It looks like the standard width of crossover toolboxes for your truck... view full answer...
The Westin HDX Headache Rack # 57-8033 that you referenced actually has a cutout for the 3rd brake light so it will not hinder the view of your bed camera on your 2018 Ram 3500.
I have attached a picture that highlights the opening in the headache rack. view full answer...
Yes, you will be able to use a ladder rack with a headache rack on your 2022 Ram 1500. For This I recommend using the Aries AdvantEdge Headache Rack # AA1110104 as it will fit into the front stake pockets on your bed. Then you will be able to attach the Thule TracRac TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH27000XTB just behind the rack. Both these racks have a black finish with aluminum construction making them durable and lightweight. view full answer...
A crossover tool box like you said you have would extend over part of the truck bed rails and would interfere with the installation of a headache rack like the MT70234 on your 1998 Chevrolet Pickup. I do have another option that will work for you.
I recommend a headache rack like the Aries Headache Rack, part # AA111000. This is made of 1-inch x 2-inch steel tube construction and has a semi-gloss black powder coat finish, and includes the mounting hardware. I have attached the installation... view full answer...
I spoke with DeeZee and they gave me the following dimensions, pictured below, for the DeeZee Aluminum Headache Rack with Sliding Load Stops # DZ95050RB. For a headache rack, I recommend the Aries Switchback Headache Rack # AA68VB for a great application that mounts into the stake pockets of your truck that will allow many tonneau covers to function correctly. This installation does require an extra hole be drilled into the bed rail.
A cover that will allow the stake pocket access for a headache rack, I recommend the BAKFlip FiberMax Hard Tonneau Cover - Folding - Aluminum and Fiberglass # BAK126329. This cover will also allow you to... view full answer...
DeeZee Custom Headache Rack # DZ95050RTB is not compatible with Tonneau covers because its brackets are L-shaped and will hang down into the bed. This will interfere with Tonneau cover mounting rails.
Depending on how the Tonneau cover rails mount to the truck bed you might be able to use a headache rack that mounts to the tops of the bed sides such as Aries rack # AA111000.
If you are not sure email me some pictures of the Tonneau cover open and closed and I can determine if a headache... view full answer...
There is a great option for a headache rack that fits your 2018 Ford F-150 though the B&W Custom Headache Rack # BWPUCP7520BA is not a fit.
Instead I recommend the Aries AdvantEdge Headache Rack - Carbide Black Powder Coated Aluminum # AA1110102 or the same rack in a different color, Chrome Powder Coated Aluminum # AA1110202 because it will give your F-150 a unique look and is constructed out of aluminum so it is both extremely durable and will stay rust-free. It is easy to mount in your... view full answer...
For trucks that have headache racks or ladder racks the tonneaus to use are ones that mount between the bed rails.
The most similar tonneau we have to the one you referenced is the Bak part # BAK39309 which rolls up and mounts between the rails. view full answer...
As long as your trifold tonneau cover mounts inside the side rails of your pickup you should be able to install either the Putco Boss Headache Rack, which comes in Black # P89046 or Gray # P89046G, OR the Aries AdvantEdge Headache Rack, which comes in Black # AA1110102 or Chrome # AA1110202.
