It sure does David and congrats on the new SUV. Our etrailer Hitch item # e66ZV does indeed come with the spacers, carriage bolts, and flange nuts you'll need to complete the installation. You'll get four of each.
The etrailer Hitch item # e66ZV is custom fit for the new 2026 VW Taos. It is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver that has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity and a maximum tongue weight of 200 lbs.
