Hi Eric!
You are correct. The Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 13" Rotor - 8 on 6-1/2 - Stainless Steel - 1/2" Bolts - 7,000 lbs # K2R712S would need an idler hub (like the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly - 5,200-lb, 6,000-lb and 7,000-lb Axles - 12" - 8 on 6-1/2 # 42865-KIT).
For a hub/rotor kit, you would want the Kodiak Disc Brakes - 13" Hub/Rotor - 8 on 6-1/2 - Dacromet/Stainless - 7K - E-Z Lube # KOD83FR. It doesn't look like anyone currently makes a full stainless hub/rotor kit.
What are you wanting to install this on? And are your current brakes electric or hydraulic?
