Question:
I have a single Go Power GP-ADV-LIFEPO4-100 in my camper and am looking to add a second one. Can you clarify if if need both the Go Power inter-battery communication cable this item as well as cables to connect the terminals? Do you have recommended terminal connection cables? The batteries will be located adjacent to one another. Is anything else needed?

Hey Bob, yes you would need the communication cable part # GP56QR to allow your current Go Power Battery to connect to a new one like the part # GP99QR. You would want at least 2 AWG cables that are between 12 and 18 inches in length to then connect the batteries in series. For that you could use the part # DW04364 for red and then part # DW04365 for black. These are both 14 inches long.

Hi Bob, I didn't see this mentioned anywhere, but if you don't have an additional End Cap Terminating Resistor (part GP36QR), you'll need that as well. https://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/Go-Power/GP36QR.html

I have 2 batteries installed in parallel. I also added the interconnect cable and it worked well. It allows the batteries to appear as one unit on the App. The only thing I would recommend to Go-Power is to offer the interconnect cable in longer lengths. I have the batteries in 2 separate locked boxes (next to each other), and the cable just made it from one to the other.
