Does this work for a 2024 f350? I want this to essentially splice into the 7 way plug and give me the two turn signals, the tail lights and the back up lights but not cut into any wires. This will work for that right?

Hey Wiliam, yes the TowSmart 5-way part # TS26RR does fit your 2024 Ford F-350. This will plug inline with the 7-way you have and would give you a fully functional 5-way that has both stop/turn signals, running lights and a reverse light circuit.
