Question:

Hello, I have a 2025 Mercedes sprinter 2500. I ended up removing my tow hitch connector from the vehicle. I was wondering if I could send you guys pictures of the connector itself so I can purchase another one. I plugged in an old adapter into the connector and ended up seizing inside. I need a whole new connector, it’s screwed in by 4 bolts. Thanks

Hey Patrick! Are you just needing the 7 way that has a plug on the back that connects to the harness there? If so, you can just use the universal Curt 7-Way # C55416 which has 4 bolt holes, or 7 way and 4 way combo kit # C36GJ.

If you need the 7 way harness connected to it, we have those as well with parts like Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package # C55774 or use one of the parts mentioned earlier along with harness # C86DR.
