It sure will Hans and congrats on the new Outback! The Redarc Tow-Pro Link Bluetooth Brake Controller item # RED57AR is going to work great with your 2026 Subaru Outback Wilderness. Since you have the factory tow package, all you'll need to do is disconnect the USCAR connector at the end of your factory wiring harness from the back of the 7-way. There's a small little clip at the top and bottom which should be pretty easy to disconnect on a new vehicle.

The Redarc Tow-Pro Link item # RED57AR will then install between your factory 7-way and the USCAR connector. Then you'll want to zip tie the main module somewhere out of the way under your Outback. You'll be able to control the settings on the brake controller through the included Bluetooth remote or from the app on your phone.

Another nice feature of the Tow-Pro Link item # RED57AR is the sway control feature. Once you activate it the brake controller will automatically apply the brakes when it sense sway.

I linked an installation video we made below so you can see how to get it setup.

What kind of trailer are you towing?
