No, it is not plug and play Paul but it can be. The TecNiq Contoured Seven Function Box Style Tail Light item # TN62XR passenger side and item # TN42XR driver's side use a 3-Prong PL-3 Plug like item # TN47PV. These lights measure 7-1/2" long x 3-1/2" tall x 3" deep and are commonly used to replace the old discontinued Wesbar 271594 and 271595 lights. You could easily splice the item # TN47PV harness into your existing wiring to make this a plug and play connection.

The older Wesbar 271594 light uses a connection like the LED Trailer Tail Light item # STL36RB for the passenger side and item # STL37RB for the driver side. These are more commonly used as replacements.

The Wesbar lights are about 7" long x 3-3/4" tall x 3" deep. These Optronics lights are 7-7/8" long x 3-1/4" tall x 2-7/8" deep, so they are slightly longer than the old lights.

All of these lights are sealed in a waterproof housing so they are perfect for a boat trailer. I attached a some pictures below so you can see what I'm describing with the plugs and wiring.
