Will this fir a 2004 Elite 2-horse gooseneck trailer? Does it come with the bolts to mount it or are those separate?

Hey Mark. The Demco eZ-Latch Gooseneck Coupler item # DM73KV will only work on your 2004 Elite 2-horse gooseneck trailer if it has straight pin holes. It will not properly align with angled pin holes. This is a 4" round inner gooseneck tube that has four adjustment pin holes with a 13/16" diameter spaced 2-3/4" apart.

There's no database that shows me what kind of gooseneck tube, bolt pattern, or angle of the holes and Elite's website doesn't go that far back so you'll need to take a look at the one on yours and compare it to the specs on the Demco item # DM73KV.
