Question:
I have a 2017 Reflection 303RLS 5th wheel, has lippert 5200 axles and equal flex equalizer with 5.5 in the center, the axles are overslung, the shackles are about 3.25inch center to center, center hanger is a bit over 4.5. Springs are I believe 25.25 eye to eye. wheelbase as I figure it is 35inch 61inch spring hanger to spring hanger center to center I looking at upgrading to the morryde 3000 but it has a 8inch spread. Im really uncertain on what components to put together to make it all work correctly. I know I need to upgrade my springs as they are flat. and was going to go with the e34SR springs. I want to upgrade to wet hanger bolts. if you can help Id appreciate it. and If you tell me exactly what you need specifics on I can get that off my currrent suspension.

Hey Harlan, since you have a 35 inch wheelbase you can use the CRE3000 kit part # MR27ZR but you will need to go with a shackle kit that is shorter than what you have now. For that you'd want the part # MR58ZR. These are 2-1/4 inches long.
Then for leaf springs the part # e34SR that you referenced would be the correct ones to go with as well. This comes with wet bolts as well.

I replaced these before we made a trip to the Grand Canyon. It made a big difference I could really see a difference from the original. I have had no problems with them. Highly recommend!!

We own a 2020 Prime Time Crusader Lite 29RS, and while we love the RV, we have been frustrated with the basic suspension since day one. This past winter we upgraded everything, changing out the Dexter 4400 pound axles and suspension with Lippert 6000 pound axles and springs. We also added the CRE3000 along with wet bolts and heavy duty shackles, which in my opinion is a game changer. The MORryde equalizer definitely has provided a wonderfully smoother ride.

I bought this kit because the price was fair I thought but the reasons were a bit different for me. I had a hanger break and when pulled it apart to repaired it I found the plastic bushings shot and shackle bolts wore. I replaced them with the same parts. We pulled for about another 5k and broke another hanger. And in looking closer found one of the equalizers cracked! And several of the tie straps wallowed out so the bolts would spin and the bushings shot again. I ordered this kit for the wet bolts and beefed up straps. I try to be super careful on turning to avoid putting any more twist on the suspension and hangers as possible I know that's a problem. From the factory the welds were poor. My Google is it's a correct track and I want to remove it and go to a standard setup. But I have a small brain. I put this kit on and new new equalizers and added some v braces in the hangers and haven't had any more trouble yet but I really want to add a x factor brace at least between the rear hangers. I have had to get a jack and work a couple of the wet bolts to get them to take grease. Instructions called for the grease hole to be at 9 or 3 but they came pressed in the straps so I wished I had paid more attention to that. My original straps didn't fail but the wallowed out so I think these heavier ones will help stop that. My RV is a 2015nsoni have been weighing doing any more to it. I have pulled a good 5 to 8k since the last work with no issues. But I'm a paranoid guy so I watch em like a hawk. I can't speak to your measurements etrailer is best for that but I can recommend the kit I think it's a good investment. If you don't have the v braces I would certainly consider the x factor brace if your rig is heavy, well these days heavy is debatable mine is about 14k. Suspension has clearly been my nemesis and I am super careful. Getting the grease hole in the right position is important and I torqued my bolts as it read worried me an still does because I just felt they were too tight but I know if the measurements are right it should tighten against the shackle bolt shoulder and in the past I would back the nut off until I could wiggle it but I didn't when I installed this kit thinking maybe me leaving some play was causing issues. Lot of whining here sorry about that! Roll On!

Very easy to install. I would shoot grease through wet bolts before installation, to make sure they accept grease. I have two that won't take grease. MorRyde 3000 took a lot of balance out of the trailer when pulling. So far I'm very satisfied.
