For a Reese Goosebox 20k like the # RP85FR they call for Lithium Grease so I recommend going with LubriMatic Lithium Grease # L11315 with a grease gun # L30200.
You'll want to grease the gooseneck ball, any connection points, and the two grease zerks shown below.
