What is the thread size and pitch for the mounting bolts?

Hi Greg,

I was able to find installation instructions for the TowSmart Trailer Hitch part # TS89ZR (2044 is the manufacturer part number) with the hardware information. The bolts are a standard hex head that are 12mm in diameter with a 1.25 pitch (1.25mm between threads). It is 30mm long, has a class 10 strength rating and a yellow zinc finish. I've linked the file with the installation instructions for you as well. The instructions also give the proper specs for torquing the bolts down, which is 86 ft-lbs for all the bolts.

Are you looking for replacement hardware for this hitch? Or installing it for the first time?

Hey Dan, all of the install hardware that comes with TowSmart hitch #TS89ZR should be torqued to 86 ft lbs.
