Question:

I have a 2026 jeep wrangler willys 4 door with tow package. V6. I would like to install a redarc trailer brake control. I understand there is an option to install the control head in the cigarette lighter. Could you please tell me which redarc I would need. And all of the cables I would need. I understand there might be a place to plug in under the drivers side dash? Thanks for your help Gregg

Hey Gregg! The Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty # RED22NR comes with the brake controller and custom wiring harness for your 2026 Wrangler. However, you will also need the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751490 to complete the installation. There are no options to install the control knob in the cigarette lighter, it will install in your dash.

If you would rather not put a knob in your dash we also have the Redarc Tow-Pro Link # RED57AR. This is a wireless brake controller that uses a USB powered remote as well as an app. The main unit plugs in-line with your 7-way at the rear of the vehicle. The Link also features Sway-Stop which corrects trailer sway with the push of a button.
