What size screw should be used with this hinge and how far apart should screws be used

Customers have used screw # TFX150 with matching bit # TX430-1 for wood. Self-tapping machine screws would work for metal surfaces in a size the same as or close to # TFX150.
There isn't a set amount you have to use. Three would be the minimum. One on each end and one in the center. Five would be better. It all depends on the application. I would start with 5 placed evenly apart and see if that is going to work and then go from there.
