Hey Lerin, we have the 7-way round to 7-way flat adapter part # ADP7R-7B. This would plug into a 7-way round and then give you a 7-way flat. Is this the direction of adapter you are in need of?

I have used the coiled 7 plug cord from Rv to Honda CRV. IT HAS WORKED FLAWLESSLY for several years with no sign of wear, the cord itself is heavy duty and I'm sure will last for many years to come. Mine is 7 round to 7 round. I haven't experienced 7 round to 7 flat.
