Question:
Hello, I am looking for a complete electric-over-hydraulic disc brake conversion kit for my trailer. My trailer has: * 2 axles tandem axle setup * 7,000 lb axles * Single wheel per side not dual wheels * Standard Dexter-style spindles with L68149 inner and L44649 outer bearings I need a FULL bolt-on kit that is ready to install, including: * Hub and rotor assemblies * Calipers * Brake pads * Bearings and seals compatible with my spindle * Mounting brackets * Hydraulic lines and fittings * Electric-over-hydraulic compatibility The system must work with a Hydrastar 1100 PSI actuator. I want a complete plug-and-play kit for both axles so I can install it without modifying my axles or spindles. Please let me know what complete kits you have available and pricing. Thank you.

Hey Vyacheslav, thanks for all the information! Your inner and outer bearings correspond to ones found on 3,500 lbs axles. I have all of the parts you'll need. However, all of our complete kits for 3,500 lbs axles come with an actuator so you'll need to purchase the hubs and lines separately.
Here are the parts you'll need to convert your trailer's brakes to hydraulic disc brakes:
DeeMaxx Disc Brake Kit item # DE66YR. This kit includes two preassembled hub-rotor kits with bearings that have a 5 on 4-1/2 lug nut pattern. It also includes the mounting brackets, calipers, pads, seals, and dust caps. You will need two for a tandem axle trailer.
Hydrastar Hydraulic Brake Line Kit item # HS496-252. This kit is designed specifically for tandem axle trailers. It includes a 25' long main brake line and all the fittings and connectors you'll need to attach to the individual brake assemblies and your Hydrastar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator item # HBA-10.
The prices are available on the individual product pages or at the top of this page.
What kind of trailer is this for and what lug nut pattern do your current hubs have?

Been fighting drum surge brakes on my boat trailer for years. Converting to disc brakes was the best thing I ever did. I can adjust the aggressiveness of the braking and control when they are activated. The brake kit included every thing needed to change from the drums to discs, great quality and looks good too.
