Is There A Way To Change The Direction of the Air That Comes Out of The Furrion Air Distribution Box

Updated 04/27/2026 | Published 04/20/2026

Question:

I have a Furrion 18K Chillcube AC and the direction of the blower vent is facing the wall. Does Furrion make a air deflector to change the direction? Thanks. Jim

Hey, Jim.

At this time, Furrion doesn’t offer a specific air deflector to redirect the airflow on the Chill Cube ducted air distribution box # LC64DX.

That said, there are some third-party stick-on air diverters out there that can help redirect the airflow away from the wall. We don’t currently carry those, but they can be a simple workaround depending on how close everything is.

How close is the distribution box to the wall of your camper?

@Jerome Glad that you were able to find one that worked for you. DO you happen to remember the brand of the one you got, Jerome?

On my Class A RV I used the supplies to make my chillcube direct the airflow through the ducted system already in the RV when it was built. That said, the original face plate provides the option to direct air flow straight down out of the unit. While it was not something that I was interested in, Furrion apparently makes an oscillating vent that fits into the faceplate.

@BradD Furrion does have the Ductless Air Distribution Box # LC44DX which does have an oscillating vent. However, it is just for ductless set ups and wouldn't work for a ducted system.
