Hello Luis,
Thank you for writing in!
When you install the MORryde Cushioned 5th Wheel Pin Box for 14K to 18K Trailers with Lippert Rhino, # MR83QR, you will need to use 5/8 inch by 11 Grade 5 mounting bolts. This matches the original hardware used by Lippert for the Rhino pin box and is the correct specification for this application.
Grade 5 hardware is intentionally used here because it provides the right balance of strength and flexibility. This helps prevent bolt shear and reduces the risk of damage to the mounting wings or trailer frame as the pin box absorbs road shock and movement. Using a higher grade bolt can make the connection too rigid and transfer more stress into the frame.
This pin box is designed as a direct replacement, so MORryde does not include new mounting bolts. The system is engineered to work with the same bolt grade and size as the factory setup. If your existing bolts are in good condition, they can be reused. It is a good idea to inspect them for any signs of corrosion, stretching, or damaged threads before reinstalling. If replacement is needed, be sure to use the same 5/8 inch by 11 Grade 5 bolts.
Out of curiosity, what are you towing and where do you like to take it? Always enjoy hearing where folks are putting their setups to use.

The Moryde cushion hitch is fantastic! Takes that chucking out on rough roads. Would never want to tow again without one.
