Will these brackets match the Reese bed rails that I have @43inch long and with 4 5/16inch bolt centers?

Hey Mike! The short answer is no, the B&W Custom Mounting Brackets # BWRVR2402 will not work with your Reese rails. These brackets are designed specifically to pair with B&W base rails like #BWRVR3210, and they aren’t intended to be mixed with other brands.
Even if the brackets did line up with the Reese rails they haven't been tested together. The ratings for these rail systems are based on the complete system. Mixing them up will lead to an unknown capacity and you will also be voiding warranties. The best solution is to use the B&W Universal Base Rails # BWRVR3210 along with the brackets # BWRVR2402 so you know everything is designed and rated to work together.

The parts fit my truck as expected. They were easy to install. 2024 F250 with a 6 1/2 foot bed.

The parts worked very well and Install was easy and straight forward. Would recommend and use these parts again if needed!
