I have a single axle trailer with inner bearing cone of 1-3/8” and outer bearing cone of 1-1/4”. The hub/wheel is mobile home type rim with 14.5” tire. I want to convert to a conventional idler hub with 5x5 or 5x4.5 lug bolt pattern and 15” tires. Recommendations?

Hey Mark!
It's a little tricky trying to convert mobile home hubs/spindles to trailer hubs/spindles. Mobile home axles are usually one time use and don't really corelate to anything compatible on the trailer side.
You do have some common bearings luckily, which means you likely have a 4,400lb axle that uses Dexter Bearing Kit for 4.4K Axles - Inner and Outer Bearings LM67048/L68149 # DX86ER. While we don't have any idler hubs, you might be able to source that somewhere else and retain your lug pattern you're looking for.
We do have a brake drum and hub that fits that, but I don't think that's what you're looking for.
Have you considered just replacing the entire axle with a common trailer axle? A really neat solution, although not cheap, is an axle less setup such as # T79GR. This has a 5 on 5 bolt pattern and bolts onto the trailer frame and acts as an axle and suspension, all in one.
