Question:

The photos etrailer uses shows diamond plate, the user photos show a textured plate. Are these no longer diamond plate?

Hey Adam, I totally understand why that would throw you off. When the photos don’t match, it makes it hard to feel confident you’re getting the right thing.

I can confirm the Enclosed Trailer Transition Plate, part # M368FR, is still a diamond plate design. The textured plate you’re seeing in some of the customer photos is actually from a different product, part # e32JR, which has a matte black textured finish. It looks like that review photo ended up on the wrong page, and I’ve already flagged that to be corrected so it doesn’t cause more confusion.

So you can feel confident that the M368FR will have that traditional diamond plate look and grip you’re expecting.

What surface is on your ramp or door now, and what do you usually roll across it so we can make sure the tread and finish will work best for your setup?
