Hey Terry, the PullRite SuperGlide Quick Connect Capture Plate # PUL96RR that you referenced is designed to fit the Lippert 1621 style pin box that is 12-3/4 inches wide. That should be what you have on your Keystone Cougar but you might still check the width to verify. If you find something different let me know and I'll see what you'd need.
