Being relatively mechanically inclined but not working on cars in the last few years was very hesitant to do it myself versus a shop. The video made it an absolute breeze. I watched it a few times first and than had my laptop out with the car pausing each section. Intimidating part before I started was removing the bumper which I've never done on a modern car.. easy. Biggest thing I would say is make sure you have or rent a torque wrench so you are confident bolts are properly tightened. 21' Forrester sport. Based on the quality of the videos alone versus some random vague print out that may work for your car I have since recommended etrailer.com and will only use them .
