Hi Don!
We have an option for you! The Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup - 15,000 Btu - Black # FR32PV you asked this question from uses the R410a coolant, so it is compatible with your current set up (they change the coolant to R32 in 2025 and all these units are not backwards compatible), but you will also need the Furrion Adapter Wiring Kit for Coleman, Dometic, or Advent Air RV AC Units - R410a # C-FACR15SA-A01 to make the connection.
This adapter will allow you to use the Furrion AC unit with your current Dometic set up.
What kind of camper are you wanting this for?

the kits for changing my coleman to Furrion did not work . Installer had to use old thermostats because my Coleman unit did not have the additional wires for the heat to work on my gas furnace that was hooked up to the Dometic thermostat. Also, the replacement Furrion quit cooling within 6 months, and they replaced the unit. Then the second unit started making a loud boom noise at startup, on my first trip out. I thought it was the capacitor making noise, sounded like electrical arch , but they said it was probably the fan loose and hitting the sidewall. My installer adjusted the fan on shaft and ground down the side wall at fan. That has still not fixed it, and scares my wife when the compressor starts back up. I have already paid for 1 service call, now they want me to go on roof and take a recording of the noise and send it to them. Now they told me to have my installer to go back on the roof for a 2nd trip charge that I will have to pay for, and they still have not paid me for the 1st trip. I tried to send a recording but it does not go through, says to big of file to send in my email. 2 service calls and i almost have the cost of a new unit, i asked them to just ship me another unit, but so far, nothing.

Some lessons learned and considerations I replaced both 1998 version of the Coleman Mach rooftop A/C units. I had to purchase newer model of the internal hold down compression rings. Came with the ChillGrille kit. No biggie. Mounting and compression the seal should be done in stages to allow the seal to seat properly. I did not use the old Coleman interfaces. I used the Furrion interfaces and remotes. I used two, but really only needed one. There is no way to set master/slave Multi-Zone remote controls and the parallel architecture does not work well in a small 32ft rig. Very confusing of what remote is controlling what A/C unit. Also the display is hard to read. One of the main reasons for using the Furrion Multi-Zone FACW12APZA-BL control was integrating the strip heater inside of the fan unit. It takes a while to heat up but it does work and will save on propane by using the camp site power. I did not incorporate the Dometic propane space heater. Recommenced do not play with the furnace heater selector switch. I left the propane heater as a stand alone using one of the original Coleman controls. Power to run both Furrion units is less than the old Coleman units. I still designed a inline AC volt/amp meter with transfer switches to select shore or gen power. Did not like the stock grille and used a Coleman Mach 8 ChillGrille Ceiling Assembly 8430A6321 front and back. There is a video out there. Oh, and I used a low expanding sealing foam to provide a better in/out air seal. there. Aside from the confusing Furrion wiring diagram and initial shipping damages (addressed by etrailer and Furrion) the install works good and does keep up on the super hot days.
