Hi Pete!
Good question. Took me a couple minutes, but I did find the difference. The Weigh Safe 180 Hitch # WS94ZR has chrome plated balls and the Weigh Safe 180 Hitch # WS25VR has stainless steel balls. Other than that, they are 100% identical. Same drop, same capacity, same size shank, everything.
What are you wanting to tow with this? If it's any kind of water application, I think the stainless steel option would be the better choice for that. Stainless steel just holds up better than chrome in the long run.
