Hey Michael,
The only automatic leveling system we currently carry for travel trailers is the Electric Ground Control TT Automatic 5-Point Travel Trailer Leveling System – 10,000 lbs # LC672136.
This system uses its own specific mounting brackets that bolt directly to the trailer frame, so the factory rear brackets you mentioned likely won’t be compatible. Those are typically for stabilizer jacks, not the powered leveling jacks used in this kit.
The Ground Control TT system includes four leveling jacks plus a powered tongue jack, and they all tie into the same control module for true push-button auto leveling. Everything is designed to work together as one complete system.
I’ve attached a detailed installation video so you can see exactly what’s involved and determine if it’s something you’d want to tackle. Let me know if you can confirm your trailer’s GVWR - I just want to be sure you’re within the 10,000 lb rating before you move forward. If not, then I'm afraid we don't have a system rated high enough and you'd need to resort to other stabilizer jacks, which I am happy to help with if need be.

I actually have a brand new system for sale if anyone is interested. I purchased it about 2 years ago and has been sitting in my garage ever since waiting for that great day of installation. Now that I am selling my travel trailer and never had the chance to install them. I might as well sell them. I have everything still in its original packaging. The truck that delivered them had a fork lift for the pallet so you will need a strong back to lift each hydraulic jack. I’m asking only $2,800.00 for the entire system. The system can handle 10,000 pounds. Let me know if you or anyone would like to buy them. You would have to pick them up yourself. I’m located in Simi Valley CA

Take a good look at your frame. You need substantial crossmembers to mount the leveling jacks. They are quite heavy too! You’ll need to rent or buy a low profile hydraulic transmission jack. My small Lance 2075 trailer lacks sufficient crossmembers, so I will need to weld some on or forego installation.
