Hi Nate!

The B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3400-5W and B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1108 are definitely compatible with each other. Just be aware that the 5th wheel hitch rated to 20K and that will be the max you can tow when using it, even though the gooseneck is rated to 30K. You are always limited by the lowest rated component.

This set up will also fit your 2004 Ford F-350 Super Duty perfectly. It will also fit the short bed or long bed versions as well, so no problems there either. Guessing you have a short bed since this is a sliding 5th wheel hitch, but still figured I would mention it. The custom brackets for the gooseneck bolt to existing holes and there is no welding or bed removal needed to complete the install.

One other thing you may be interested in, if you don't already have one, is the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector # C56070. This installs in the bed of your truck so you don't need to drape your wiring over your tailgate to get the 7-way anymore, which I think is a big plus. Not 100% necessary, but I think they are worth it.
