Hi Aaron!

The # 15123 bearing included with the TruRyde Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 5,200-lb and 6,000-lb Axles - 12" - 6 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased # TRU38AV has the same 1.25" inner diameter as the # LM67048 bearing, so you can indeed use this hub.

That said, make sure the inner bearing is either a # 25580 or has a 1.75" inner diameter and the seal is either a # GS-2250DL or has an inner diameter of 2.25" as well. These are what come with the # TRU38AV hub/drum. As long as all these match, you are good to go!

What are you wanting to install this on?

Sounds like it will work, the inner bearing is a 25580. Seal has an ID of 2.25”. It will be going on an old gooseneck livestock trailer. Another question, what is the diameter of the hub where the wheel would sit? Meaning, what diameter hub bore of wheel will fit tight on this hub?

@Aaron I didn't have a great way to measure that, but I grabbed one from the warehouse and the very end measured 3-1/8" and the base (like right up against the drum/lugs) measured roughly 3-1/2". What are you wanting to install this on? Typically all trailer wheels are lug centric and the bore doesn't always play into the fitment. Sometimes it does though.

@LazerS The lug nuts are tapered, seems to me though a tighter fitting center would add strength. Do you have one with a 4.25” measurement where the wheel would sit?

@Aaron I can check a couple, but most will be around the same as this one. Vehicle wheels are hub centric and it will be a much tighter fit right there, but with trailer wheels being lug centric, it is almost always not as tight at that point. I will pull a few and get you measurements as quickly as I can though. : )
