Hey Jeff, welcome back. The Opti-Brite 12V LED RV Dome Light item # OPT58FR is a 12v light that draws 0.74 amps and uses 12 watts. It doesn't draw volts it draws current which is measured in amps based on wattage. This light measures 13-1/2" long x 3-15/16" wide x 9/16" deep and has 66 LEDs.
