Hey William, thanks for reaching out. We do have the self-adjusting brake assemblies that go with the K08-219-9B hubs you mentioned. Here is the exact part number you'll need:

- Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brakes - 12" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 7K # 23-464-465

This comes with a pair (left and right hand) of assemblies so make sure you grab two pairs to have enough for all four drums. Once installed and wired, the self-adjusters take care of keeping the brakes set properly as you drive, which saves you from frequent manual adjustments and helps keep braking consistent over time.

William I bought the kit but not the one with the self adjusting brakes I have owned rvs since the 90s and have always had better success with adjusting myself my latest fofth wheel came with them it is a November 2020 build date I only got 16 thousand miles on the factory set with auto adjusters seems like to me I get more when I can do it myself and I have a light weight trailer 10800lbs
