Can these trailer tires be balanced?

Trailer tires can be balanced but you should note that normally they are not. What happens most of the times is that the person mounting the tire will line up with light spot of the tire with the heavy spot of the rim and it gets the setup about as balanced as it can be.

The problem with balancing the trailer tire is that it typically makes no noticeable difference in the vehicle that's towing the trailer, and since when a trailer is unloaded it can bounce pretty violently over bumps the balancing weights are prone to fall off.

Hey Jose, that wheel and tire size can be intended for use with a 1/2 inch lug nut like the part #DE55KR or a 9/16 inch lug nut like the part #DE35KR so it really depends on what your hubs are designed for.
