Question:

I have a 2inch hitch on my Jeep 2018 JLU and a 7inch hitch extender to put my Kuat Transfer V2 bike rack on. 2 questions: 1 does this anti rattle collar work on a hitch extender. 2 do I place the collar where the extender goers into the hitch or where the bike rack hitch goes into the extender. Thx !!

Hey Louie! Yes, the etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar # e38FV can be used with a hitch extender. You will want to add this to the 2" receiver on the trailer hitch on your Jeep. The anti-rattle feature on your Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack # KU84FR will keep it from moving in the extender, and the anti-rattle collar will keep the extender from moving in the hitch.
