Spare Tire Carrier for an 8 Inch Trailer Tire and Wheel with 4 on 4 Bolt Pattern

Question:
How would I mount this AM3H200 as a spare tire on the trailer. All the brackets appear to be designed for larger wheels?

For an 8 inch tire with a 4 on 4 bolt pattern such as # AM3H200 you will need to use a carrier such as # FETCSTL0701. Like you said other carriers are too large for an 8 inch wheel. I have included a link to a video review of this carrier for you.
