Hi, I would love a recommendation if you have one. Id like a class 4 hitch for 2021 ram 1500 classic crew cab 4x4 that doesnt down too low, I dont want to be dragging on the concrete. Thank you

Hey Robert welcome back! To add a class IV hitch to your 2021 Ram 1500 Classic, I recommend the Curt item # 14374. The top of the hitch receiver sits 21" above the ground. This hitch is custom fit and comes with all necessary hardware to complete the installation. It has 10,000 lbs towing and 1,000 lbs tongue weight capacities.
Please note that the Curt item # 14374, along with the rest of our options, only fit the 2021 Ram 1500 trucks without a factory hitch. The way the factory hitch is integrated into the bumper support makes upgrading to an aftermarket hitch impossible without removing the entire bumper assembly.

Fits almost flush just below my license plate dip in bumper of my 2014 1500 express. It is a beefy hitch for sure! Had to replace my rusted factory hitch receiver and this mates right up to factory holes. Somewhat easy install if you have a buddy that can hold it up while starting the bolts, but not impossible on your own if you get creative! Hope this helps bro!

It didn't have a hitch, I added a class 3 . The one with the big bolt through the bumper.
