To add a set of crossbars to the rails on your 2024 Ford expedition Limited, I recommend the Thule WingBar Edge Roof Rack for Raised Rails item # TH32ZA in black or item # TH22ZA in silver. These flush crossbars will attach directly to the rails on your Expedition's roof with the included mounting legs. They're perfect for cargo boxes because they do not extend over the sides of the rails. They have a 165 lbs capacity.

The largest Rooftop Cargo Box we carry is the Thule Motion 3 item # TH59PN. This 21 cu ft box has internal measurements of 86-1/2" long x 30" wide x 14-13/16" tall.
