Hey Jerry, we do not have any pintle options for the Trailer Valet Adjustable Ball Mounts like the part # TV26FR. I'd go with the adjustable pintle hook mount part # 63072 and then mount the mount the hook/ball part # C48200 to the adjustable platform if you were open to an alternative.
