I was wondering if I could just buy the mounts for part number TL39VV

Hey Shane. The mounts are not available separately for the TorkLift Tie Downs item # TL39VV. This kit includes both the front item # TLC2220 and rear item # TLR3500 Tie Downs that fit a 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 with a 6-1/2' bed and non-TorkLift aftermarket hitch.
