Completely Hidden for a Clean, Factory Look

The EcoHitch Invisi front-mount trailer hitch is designed to be completely out of sight. The hitch cross tube bolts onto your vehicle's frame, behind the bumper of your vehicle. No drilling or welding is required. The receiver portion of the hitch will sit just behind your front license plate. Your license plate can be easily mounted with the included bracket and magnet. Just pop the bracket off to tow and put it back on again for a from-the-factory look when you're done using the hitch.

Eco-Friendly Material

With a combination of aerospace-grade aluminum, steel, and stainless steel, each EcoHitch is made of a strong metal alloy that will stand the test of time. The lightweight alloy is composed of recycled materials. Traditional steel hitch manufacturing can use coal or oil, which can contribute to harmful gas emissions. The EcoHitch's recycled materials limit the carbon footprint during manufacturing, so you get a sturdy trailer hitch while also helping the environment.

Rigorous Strength Testing Ensures Durability

This EcoHitch trailer hitch is tested for durability and sturdiness. Using Finite Elemental Analysis (FEA), individual points of stress on the hitch can be detected and remedied. Designers can accurately test the hitch to ensure that it will meet or exceed SAE J684 standards. The EcoHitch Invisi trailer hitch is carefully researched and strength tested for a durable, high-quality hitch that can resist damage while on the road.

This hitch was a perfect fit and easy install on my 2015 2500 Silverado. Great quality and helpful video on your website. Wish I would have done it sooner.
Thanks

The hitch fit like a glove. But the front bolts right behind the tow hooks that come with the hitch are 1/2” to long.Had to cut them down. They hit the round cross tube on the truck. Also I dislike powder coated steel. The bottom center of the hitch I pilled it off where it was scratched.Had to paint it.Other than that I like torklift products.

Perfect hidden front hitch. I wanted a front hitch for a while and didn't want something that could limit clearance. Super easy install.

Review for truck front hitch receiver
I finally Installed the front receiver hitch today, I pulled it out of its package and found all parts wrapped to the receiver hitch good call as there was a hole in the box.

The license plate holder received some damage it was bent some.

Installation.
I reviews the video prior and read the instructions.

Had to purchase a 4 inch hole saw and a torque wrench that added to the cost of the hitch.

Installation was for the most part straight forward, when the video cuts from shot to shot I now know all the cussing and swearing are done during that time as it’s very difficulty to get the hitch in over/under the exiting hardware, solo installer took me 3.45 hrs to install, tight fit under the truck to maneuver under the truck.

Bolts back into original tow hooks was a total Pain in the A$$ trying to hold up the hitch and the hooks while trying to maneuver the hold back in. (Had to take it out as I inserted on the wrong side)

I will say that installation is doable by novice front yard mechanic but with a difficulty of 7 out of 10, trying to get the bolts torqued to specs is difficult due to clearance and angle of the bolts.

Make sure you have deep well sockets because the new bolts for the hitch and long and a standard size socket will not be able to grip the nut as you tighten it down to specs.

Put the bike rack on the hitch receiver and found that the hole that we drilled out to put the hitch in is not big enough.

The bolt for the hitch goes in from the right and there was barely enough room to get it in the hole, used a wrench to tighten it but it was slow going, the other issue was that on the left side there is a hitch lock I struggled to get it on, but then could not reach in to remove the key.

So final outcome was I had to drill out another 4 inch section of the bumper to get to the key.

If your hitch has a bolt on bike rack like the swagman e-bike rack you want it to be secure so the bolt is a must this option may not be the best option.

The bikes block the headlights so no night driving with the bikes on the rack.

The handlebars need to be folded down otherwise the bikes will ride too high on the front and obstruct your vision.

If I had to do it again I would have gotten the hitch that is lower and would not have to drill out my bumper, and it would have given me more visual clearance.

I did take a shot drive with the bikes in front it will take a bit to get used to them being in the front as well as making wide turns while towing the RV that I don’t take out the car in front of me.

I finally got a chance to put the receiver to work. We left Texas on our trip, placed the e-bike rack and e-bikes on the rack, I use a cover to protect the bikes, along with a net to hold everything from flapping around. For the first 1500 miles or so we did good, no issues with the bikes riding up front aside from it blocking my headlights but we don’t drive at night with our RV. Until we got to some steep mountain climbs and warm weather, there was not enough ventilation for the engine so we started to overheat. Once we got to a safe place we removed the bike cover and it allowed for air flow to enter the engine and the overheating went away, as long as we stayed on flat ground and moderate temperatures it was all good but we are expecting lots more heat and mountain climbs so the bike rack has been moved back to the rear of the RV. The reason I had chosen to try a front mounted bike rack was the ability to have our bikes in town when we explored new areas.

After using it for a long travel trip last year, I found that carrying our e-bikes up front of the truck was not such a great idea, the hitch works great, but due to the cover on the bikes, the engine gets overheated due to the lack in air flow. I did not want to travel without the cover on the bikes so the bikes went back to the back of the RV.

It was delivered on time in 2 days. The installer mentioned that it was packed very well in a nice box. It is strong enough for various uses. The magnetic Lic. plate holder covers the hitch when not in use, you would never know what's hidden behind it. I used it for a bike rack this weekend and will be using it for a cargo platform next.

I love this hitch for several reasons:
1) the receiver is inline with the cross tube, giving it the maximum strength
2) easy install
3) receiver is higher off the ground than most
4) front plate bracket is handy
5) allows me to mount my winch, and doesn't interfere with airflow

For the last year, this product has been very handy, and has had zero issues.

Easy to mount, Sturdier than others I have used! Good ground clearance! A little more spendy but, I think worth it.
by:
Unit was overall easy to install. Helpful to have a 2nd person to raise & get it into position & secure.
Happy would buy again

The Eco hitch is great but because of it placement , right under bumper, it is best useful for kids size bike. I tried me Ebike on it but it was blocking my view..

by:
The unit and instructions are excellent. If you have a small or complex path to maneuver your RV AND a vehicle that can support the front axle load this works really well. It made positioning our 37'(nose to tail) travel trailer into a slot next to our car port off a steep driveway a 10 minute job with 'no yelling'.

2019 Chevrolet Silverado
Fits well my 19 yr. old grandson installed it for me however the the receiver just clears the outside of my bumper on my 2018 Silverado so the pin hole is behind the bumper which is OK for me as I intend to use it for a winch so it ads a little security, But if you were making frequent hitch changes it might be a little inconvenient, the manufacturers might consider making one that is about 4 in. longer.
by:
2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500
Well engineered. Everything fits and the installation process was well planned and impressive. I watched the installation video a few times before install. I used automotive ramps and a mechanic's creeper and was able to successfully install the receiver but the workspace was cramped. If you don't have a lift I would recommend going with a professional install.
by:
2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500
I would have given it five stars but when I received it it fell out of the box and half the hardware was missing. E trailer got a hold of the manufacturer and had them send me a new hardware , it came but it took about 2 weeks. Install was pretty straightforward
by:
fit perfectly. great on line video showing how to install. only issue i had is the license plate hitch had to be sanded down to better fit. with out sanding I had to use s pry bar to get it out.
great product and received it very quickly

I actually dont use the front receiver hitch very often but I purchased it to carry my two electric bikes. When I have used it I like it very much. Its very easy to put the bikes on and take them off. But it does block my visibility some.

by:
Well built hitch and bolts right on, you’ll most likely need a second person as it takes a little bit of a shimmy to get it into place.
by:
It was a very nice hitch. It took longer than expected, because of the cut out I had to make in the bummer.
by:
2017 Chevrolet Silverado 2500
I GIVE THIS ITEM TWO STARS
When I opened the item the item I noticed it damaged. The license plate holder was bent at all the welds. The instructions are just copies that are very poorly written and unclear with pictures that you can not see. After I installed it I noticed that the pin on the receiver is behind the bumper and because the license plate holder was bent it would hit my bumper and I could not install the pin.

I have a solution for you but the EcoHitch Invisi Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 306-X7906 you referenced will not fit your 2018 GMC Sierra 2500. The front hitch you will need for your truck is the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C31071. This hitch mounts just below your Sierra's front license plate there aren't any for your truck that mount behind it. • Will EcoHitch Invisi Front Mount Trailer Hitch Fit 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500
Hey Brian! It looks like you already ordered the # 306-X7906 and it was delivered. We don't have a way of knowing if it is compatible with your brush guard, especially without knowing which one you have. Since you already have the hitch, go ahead and pull out the instructions. You can use those to compare the mounting points and where the hitch will sit to the brush guard to see if they will interfere with each other. What will you be using the hitch for?
