we have a Dodge ram 2500, diesel 6 speed stick . I use it for daily driving and I tow few different trailers, all bumper tow. 7,500 lb toy hauler , and boat trailer of 11,000 lb. The Super spring was very easy to install at home with basic tools.[ I have to say that I owned a auto repair shop for some 40 years, but I will say again, very simple to install the springs.] The ride is nice when truck is empty, and no saging when loaded. as for the side sway, I can't say much, never had any issue before of after the instel.
