Question:
I have a 2025 Keystone Cougar 23MLE and I would like to put this cargo tray in the right rear portion of the cargo bay. I do not know what is beneath the cargo bay floor and Keystone has been no help at all. Can you tell me if there are any holding tanks or other items that could be damaged by placing fasteners to afix the cargo tray to the floor?

Hey Steven. I don't have anyway of knowing what's beneath the flooring of the cargo area on your 2025 Keystone Cougar 23MLE. The installation instructions for the MORryde RV Sliding Storage Tray item # MR97FR recommend reaching out to the manufacturer for assistance. Since Keystone is not being helpful, I recommend crawling under your trailer and inspecting the area for an possible obstructions, tanks, or wiring you don't want to drill through.
If you're still nervous about drilling into your cargo area floor, I can get you connected to one of our installers in your area. If you go to the product page of the MORryde RV Sliding Storage Tray item # MR97FR and scroll down below the pics on the left side you'll see a link that says, Locate installers near me. Go ahead and click on it and it will take you to a page where you'll be able to enter your zip code. Once you do this you'll be connected to our network of reputable installers.

Hey Jerred, Thanks for the fast response! I did get my creeper out and rolled underneath the trailer, but it has a plastic cardboard material that covers the entire under belly of the camper. It looked like it was held in place with a series of screws with fender washers securing the covering to the frame. The fasteners had a hex head on it so I attempted to back a few out so I could get a peek inside, but the fastener only turns, it did not back out. It appears to be some sort of nail installed with a powder actuated tool as several of the fasteners have plastic sleeves similar to what you would see on a Hilti Fastener. I’ll reach out to a local installer.
