Great Product Quality
It was not a good experience. Terrible communication with the shipping company and Etrailer was no help. Had multiple emails with etrailer and was told shipping times cannot be guaranteed. However I was told the estimated delivery date can be weeks longer. After my order was at the local shipping terminal (16 miles from my home) I was told to wait up to two additional weeks. I explained that this was not acceptable and wished to cancel my order. I was told I would have to pay the shipping back to etrailer along with the shipping to the terminal. Did I mention that the phone system at the local terminal was out of service, I tried leaving messages for 4 days. After getting nothing from etrailer I decided to drive to the terminal and try to pick up my order. After some explaining I was able to pick up my order. Today I received this email stating that my order had been delivered, what a joke! Never again with etrailer! FYI my order was over $xxxx.
Great product, highly recommend, one year later operates like new
It would have been great to have any instructions included. Maybe that it was fully assembled or did it still needed unlocked? Or what size screws to use? Other than that it was fine. But it would have take away a lot of apprehension. The product itself is fantastic!
This is a very robust product and allows be to install my cooler in a class A gas motorhome where the bay depth is limited to 24 inches.

I have a great experience. I really appreciate it being kept up-to-date on what was happening. I installed my new tray today and it works great.
Great tray, full extension enables access even with slides out. Easy to install and works great!
I purchased tray to be installed in front generator compartment of our 2024 Pinnical to make easier access for our small generators and Breeo fire pit. The fit was perfect install was simple and product works great and will save my back. This is the 2nd slide tray I have purchased and installed and totally satisfied with both.
Installed in a Renegade CMR right front bay with 1/4" x 3/4" machine bolts with flat washers and lock washers. I removed the inside brackets by drilling out the rivets so my Dometic CFX5 75L would fit perfectly.
I now have a great outside fridge/freezer that I can access easily.

I am glad we had something to be able to handle your fridge/freezer for outside use, that is usually where we get the most thirsty =) What adventure are you off to next in your rig?

I'm sorry to hear if it's not quite as much space as you were hoping. I'm looking at the diagram and it looks like total, from the outside it's 22 inches and the depth on the inside of the drawer is 20 inches.
